Are your pieces handmade?

Yes! Each Crystal Bloom piece is handcrafted in Murillo, Ontario. Every pour is done with care, creativity, and love — so no two items are exactly the same.

Do Jesmonite pieces break easily?

Jesmonite is strong and durable, but it’s not indestructible. Treat your pieces with care — avoid dropping them or placing them in high-moisture environments like dishwashers or soaking them in water.

How do I clean my products?

Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners or scrubbing tools, as they can wear down the sealant or finish. Do not put in the dishwasher or soak items.

Are your products sealed?

Yes, all Crystal Bloom pieces are sealed to help protect against moisture and light stains. However, we still recommend avoiding prolonged contact with water, oils, coffee, etc.

Do you take custom orders?

Not at the moment — I'm currently focused on small batch collections and ready-to-ship pieces. I truly appreciate your interest though, and I hope to offer custom work in the future!

Where do you ship from?

All pieces are handcrafted and packed with care in Murillo, Ontario. At this time, I offer:

• Free local pickup in Murillo or Thunder Bay

• $5 local delivery within Thunder Bay city limits

Shipping across Canada isn’t available just yet, but I hope to offer it in the future — stay tuned!
